Instructional Support

• Assist the teacher with delivering daily instruction and reinforcing learning objectives.
• Work with individual students and small groups to provide academic support and intervention.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials, resources, and classroom activities.
• Monitor student engagement and provide assistance during independent and collaborative work.
• Support the implementation of instructional accommodations and modifications as directed by the teacher.

Classroom Management

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment.
• Reinforce classroom expectations, school rules, and appropriate student behavior.
• Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions.
• Encourage positive student interactions and respectful behavior.
• Assist the teacher in promoting a classroom culture that supports learning, responsibility, and student success.
